So long story short-our HVAC adventure began 2 companies before we found Grizzly. The first company came out and while barely looking said we needed a new system and it would cost upwards of $20K. We called to get a second quote from another company. They came out and did the evaluation and then we never heard anything again after that. Finally we called Grizzly and FINALLY felt like we got good quality service. They were very honest and straight forward. They didn’t sugar coat things, but I also felt like they were only telling me what I actually needed repaired. Very professional and responsive. I will definitely use them again anytime I need HVAC service.
