Grizzly now taking over the maintenance contracts established thru Lodi Services. The service tech, Matthew, could not have been more professional. We will miss the great service from Lodi Services but it looks like we're in good hands with Grizzly.

Grizzly was sure up to the challenge trying to install a central heating and air conditioning system in my old farm house. As if that wasn't enough I also had a 2 1/2 foot false celling. I wasn't sure it was even possible! They said it was and did an excellent job of it. Nothing came through the false celling except the vents. They were all very patient and knowable while answering my questions. I would recommend them to everyone.

Owner David gave me a consultation on installing a whole house fan. While I declined getting the service done due to having a lathe-plaster ceiling which the cutout in my ceiling may hurt the structural integrity of my ceiling, I appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and options given by him. Definitely consider them for your heating and AC needs.
